The chances of getting the college will be more due to your percentile of 89.5 best architecture college you will get but the official cutoff percentile is still not yet realeased so i suggest to write the april session as well so that you can improve your percentile still more...and also moreover chances of best college cutoff will vary based on category as well
So all these factors are influenced
But you can expect good college
