Hello aspirant,

Yes a candidate have a regional quota is given preferences in JIPMER. There are:

JIPMER CAMPUS PUDUCHERRY

23 seats for UR category
11 seats for OBC category
6 seats for SC category

JIPMER CAMPUS KARAIKAL

7 seats for UR category
5 seats for OBC category
2 seats for SC category

This seat division is for Puducherry Domicile.
