Dear Aspirant,

It is almost impossible to predict what are the marks required to get a rank of 10,000 in the JULY attemtpt. Moreover, it is further more difficult to get a rank in the OBC, 10000.

You can however, expect the rank after the exam is done, as then we have the data like the number of candidates and the difficulty of exam. As of now, I suggest you must focus on getting good marks best you  can.
