Only Candidates who have joined in Round 2 of Deemed/Central Universities are not eligible.

Who are eligible -

Candidates who are registering for the first time.
Candidates who have registered but havent been alloted seats in Round 1 or Round 2
All those Candidates who are holding a seat from Round 1 or Round 2

So does by holding a seat means i would have to take admission and not fill the retention form? I actually have been allotted a college in the 2nd round but i want to try for the mop up round so for this to happen do i need to take admission?
