If you want to do the course of MBBS then you have to pass the entrance examination named NEET after 12th. The eligibility of NEET suggests, that the student should have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Biology as a subject combination. So if you want to go for the MBBS course, then I would recommend you to go for the stream of PCB after 10th.
