Hey !

So you want to say that in first round , you applied through AIQ and in the second round , you want to apply for deemed universities , then yes you can do so. A candidate is eligible for participating for deemed universities in round 2 provided that he/she has participated or registered in first round of counselling . And since you have done so , you are eligible. But if in second round , you will again apply under AIQ , then you will not be eligible for mop up round.
