Do make it clear that a good placement is irrespective of the college you are studying in or are from but it entirely depends upon the caliber of the student. The factors that play a major role in placements are:

1. Sound knowledge.

2. Smartness.

3. Confidence.

4. Vocational and social skills.

5. Leadership and management skills.

All the above traits can be nurtured with self-effort and are not dependent on college so if you work hard you will surely get a good placement.
