Hello Rajneesh,
Yes, it might create a problem for you during interview and document verfication, as there is a difference in the spelling of your mother's name. But to this problem there is a solution also. You can make an affidavit regarding the original name and wrong name and mention that credential information in documents like aadhar card or documents you state right should be taken as original and standard.
By presenting this there won't be any problem.
