in my 10th and 12 th cbse marksheet father name is wrong and I have corrected it by gazette notification . so my question is should I put the corrected name in neet UG 2022 form or as per 10th and 12th marksheet.???, please respond

Hello,

If you have got the order from the Gazette department, after changing the name to the corrected one to use it. Then only you can use the corrected name in the NEET-UG form. Otherwise, you have to use the same name that you have mentioned in your 10th and 12th certificates as this serves as a piece of documental evidence.

Yes, you should definitely put the corrected name in every other places, or registration processes.

Always put the names present in your ID proves, i.e., adhaar card, voters card, pan card and birth certificate, because those names and addresses are considered legal in all official works.
