You should report this to exam controller who is in charge of conducting exam in  the respective examination centre before entering for the exam. They will give you proper instructions that should be followed. The admit card is generated based on the details given in application form. So the mistake will be in your application form. Make sure that you reported this to your examiner before starting the exam. Also try to contact with help desk of the corresponding exam if available. All the best.
