While filling the application form of the college in which you wish to seek admission or while registering for the entrance exam (if admission is done on the basis of entrance test), you should mention your reserved category and also must provide the relevant documents. However, the admission process varies from college to college and since it is late to answer this query, I hope you might have been allotted a seat in any college.
