The candidate's image for NEET 2021 should not be older than September 1, 2020.

The photograph should include the candidate's name and the date it was taken.

The login window is simply saying you to change the photograph as it is not in the required format. Please check again whether the uploaded photograph is in required format as described by the Nation Testing Agency or not. You can either change the photograph now or can then further change it when the correction window opens for NEET 2021.
