this year there is some changes in NATA pattern,  there will be no drawing test, questions will be comprises of general aptitude, mathematics, physics, geometry , logical reasoning would be tested based on over the years of schooling. There is no mention of chemistry in official FAQ article which you may check in below link:

The online Aptitude exam will have Multiple-Choice type (MCQ), Multiple Select type (MSQ), Preferential Choice type (PCQ) and Numerical Answer type (NAQ) questions of 1 mark, 2 marks, or 3 marks questions.

Council of Architecture (COA) conducts National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) for admission to 5-year B.Arch and B.Planning programmes.
The online Aptitude exam will have Multiple-Choice type (MCQ), Multiple Select type (MSQ), Preferential Choice type (PCQ) and Numerical Answer type (NAQ) questions of 1 mark, 2 marks, or 3 marks questions.

As per the official brochure for NATA 2021, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry are not focussed. Rather, Aptitude is the key from which questions will be framed.
