Usually, it should not be a big problem, if an alphabet is misplaced. However, during your admission procedure make sure to inform the administration desk about this. This won't disqualify your seat, but help you in future. 

But if your name is completely different, then you won't be able to apply for the college. Although you can verify your identity by your other details.
