Now that the correction window has been extended, if you think that the thumb impression needs to be changed, you can.But if NTA has not notified you regarding uploading a new thumb impression, you needn't do it. When you upload your thumb impression, NTA is not looking for clear demarcations. It is only looking for identification to the nearest possibility. So if NTA has not notified, then your application holds good. But if you want to upload a new thumb impression, you can do so by following the instructions. It should be our left hand thumb between a size of 10kb to 50kb using a blue ink. Also upload it only either in JPG or JPEG format. You should not worry for these issues because if there will be any type of error in your NEET application than you will surely receive a mail or SMS from National Testing Agency.

As of now NEET Correction Window for registered applicants has been extended upto July 20th so if you want to make any correction you can make it before the deadline.
