see one candidate can choose only one category of seats and your rank will be made according to this. during counselling process you will be eligible for that quota seat which you may choose during form filling. if you choose ews category then you will only eligible for ews seat quota. you can not sit for counselling from general quota.

If you have opted for EWS reservation you can not go for the general seats. If the general seats remain vacant the cut off will be lower for candidates of that category, and would not be passed to candidates of otjer categories. Once you submit your EWS Certificate, you will be considered under EWS Category only.
