Manish, on an average every year there are 13 lakh students who appear for NEET for approximately 1 Lakh MBBS seats. And half of them qualify which means close to 6-7 lakh students qualify for 1 lakh students and out of them only 1 lakh students get to  join MBBS. So the ration is 1:7 which is a high variation. Every entrance exam is like a survival of the fittest race. Irrespective of the difficulty of the paper, you have to be prepared because you have seriously no other option apart from NEET if you want to study MBBS. And we cannot predict the difficulty of the exam. Rather, we better be prepared because what might be easy for you might be difficult for me. It depends on the level of preparation.
