Hello aspirant
Hope you are doing well
It is difficult to predict the cut off marks or ranks but according to previous year trends your expected rank would lie between 43422 - 50021 but it may vary every year depending on the following factors
1. Level of question paper
2. Total no of candidates
3. Category of candidate
4. Total no of seats
5. Marks obtained by students
Here is the link for the expected marks vs ranks

You have not mentioned your category so assuming you are from general category So according to previous years the cutoff marks for government college in up is more than 550 marks
So you have chances to get seat in government medical colleges.
Here you can check the previous year cut off marks

You can use college predictor tool to know about the colleges you can get

Hello Aspirant,

See on such marks and category you have very low chances of getting any government medical college in UP but yes you can go for government medical colleges of West Bengal, Karnataka and for some other states under their state quota according to previous year's cut-off, but make sure to check your eligibility for state quota counselling of other states. As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you can get following colleges :-

St John Medical College, Bangalore

Mysore Medical College, Mysore

Coochbehar Government Medical College and Hospital, Coochbehar

And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the links given below :-

NEET 2021 Cutoff Karnataka (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017): College-wise & Category-wise (careers360.com)

NEET 2021 Cutoff West Bengal (2020, 2019, 2018, 2017) - Rank, College & Category wise (careers360.com)

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.

To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use NEET College Predictor because it will make you comfortable while choice filling in counselling :-

I hope this information helps you.
