According to your marks of 205 in neet ,even if you belong to SC category it is very quite difficult to get a seat in BAMS/BHMS with such less marks because since the cutoff for this year has been a lot high enough and for getting a seat  it also require at least 300+. Moreover for MBBS/BDS the chances are also not at all possible as their cutoffs are much higher. So the possibility of getting a seat is very low. But you may try for private colleges also through management quota. All the best.
