According to NEET protocols, you need to fill in the name which is indicated in your Class 10th certificate.

If your name on your 10th certificate is the same as that of your Aadhaar card, then you will face no problem.

If it's not the same, please make sure your name on your Aadhaar card and 10th certificate is the same.

For any changes in the Aadhaar card contact your nearest aadhar enrollment centre and give proof of name and alter it accordingly.
