No, you cannot make changes in examinations centre.You can change other details  like education details, date of birth, address etc.You cannot make changes in language of question paper and examination centers.Apart from this you can make changes wherever necessary.

Sorry to inform you,but the change of exam centre was applicable only in the first time correction facility, this time it's not there, as this facility no more exists so one really can't change study centre in NEET correction form this time.
