Dear Nayan, the exam is for 3 hours. And nature calls are common and it deems natural to attend to them. But given the tight security and checking for prevention of any malpractices, you may be frisked before and after stepping out and in for a rest room break. And again it is the invigilator's call to let you step out of the exam hall. But the rules mention that you cannot step out until a stipulated time of the exam.
