Hello Swathi

In the NEET application form, in the Qualifying marks section- you're required to fill your Class 12th marks- of both theory and practical only.
Make the necessary changes during the application form correction - which starts from 14th January 2019 to 31st January 2019. Make sure to go through the entire form as many times possible before final submission.

Good Luck.!
