For getting a BHMS seat in a government college, you should be scoring a minimum of 400. Though the marks vary each and every year depending upon the college you want to get into, depending on your domicile state. To increase your odds of selection you should atleast get 400-450 marks.

Whereas, seeing the previous year cutoffs for bams the candidates belonging to general category should score approx 134 marks however the cutoffs vary each year but since you have scored 319 marks in neet so you may get  a seat in bams. For more colleges visit the link mentioned below:-
