Never rely on just one book for preparation of exams like NEET. These exams need more then just one book as no book can completely contains the quality of questions which can be asked. I'd rather suggest you must take some coaching material of some institute alongside NCERT to get a variety of questions. You can check out NEET Knockout programme also.
