Sorry to say, but as it seems that your marks is below 50%, so you are not eligible for NEET 2020. As previous years are concerned, 50%(for GEN & OBC), 45%(for PH), & 40%(for SC/ST) was there.
But the hopeful news is that MHRD has proposed not to consider this criteria for this year's NEET, JEE Mains & Jee Advance. So, there is a great chance for you to become eligible for NEET 2020. How for the best.

Your aggregate percentage in Biology, Physics and Chemistry is 48.6% if each subject is for 100 marks. The minimum percentage of marks required for candidates belonging to OBC category is 40% marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry. So, yes you are eligible to appear in NEET UG 2020. Candidate must also pass in English subject in 10+2.
