NRI seats are only for Non Resident Indians students. In private colleges there are Government quota seats and Management quota seats and NRI seats. For the Government seats of the private colleges only those candidate can apply who belong to that particular seats. For Management quota seats the students from other states can apply without domicile. So if you meet the required marks to apply for the paricular private college any of the state then you can apply for the management quota seats.
