No, not all doctors have stethoscope, because they don't need to have one. Only clinicians in branches like Medicine and its subspecialties, pediatrics and it's subspecialties, anesthesia, Gynecology and Surgery need stethoscopes. Other branches like derma, radiology, pathology, orthopedics, PSM, microbiology, anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, psychiatry, pharmacology, forensic medicine, Ophthalmology, ENT don't need stethoscopes.
