See as you have made the mistake in your Date of Birth so there might be some issue during document verification because for JEE-Main there is no any age limit but at the time of admission there will be the process of document verification where you might face some issues and also now anything cannot be done except that you reach out to NTA and inform them about your issue.

This is because this time you cannot make any corrections as it is one time facility now and no correction window will be offered now, so if your application form gets rejected which is quite difficult in your case, then you will have only option to fill-up a new application form.

Or if you have not yet paid your application fee for JEE-Main 2022 then you can fill-up new application form with correct details with utmost care.
