Nope on the certificate of graduation or the course, you will be written the name of the degree only. The course type will not be mentioned.

The self finance courses are those courses in which you have to pay all the fees and there are no subsidies from the government or the college/university you are studying in. But in your degree or your certificate nothing will be mentioned like that.
