For Andhra Pradesh Dr. NTRUHS Vijaywada use to conduct the different counselling for competent quota seats and for management quota seats. So if you are already enrolled for competent quota seats but did not get allotment in first round then only you can take part in management quota counselling otherwise if you have joined the seat then you cannot participate in further rounds neither that of competent quota nor that of management quota.
