Now Coming to your query, If you choose the FLOAT option in the 1st round then you need not choose again in the 2nd round because if you choose the FLOAT option once then it will be continued to further rounds also until you choose the FREEZE/SLIDE option. So you need to report at the Reporting Centre (RC).
