Hello Dinesh,

No, You cannot change the community later, and if your application does not agree with your community certificate, your candidature might become invalid.

It is because the Rank list is generated based on your community and it affects everyone in the list. So it is not possible. For clarification you can refer to the TANCET Notification, and make sure of it.
