Yes, you have to study the whole Integration as like ECE or EE or CH or CE or ME branches.
The word integration doesn't means that it will only come as indefinite or definite integration. You have to study all the sub topics, like single integration, double integration, triple integration, gamma or beta function, Euler's formula, wallis theorem, etc.

You can check out the cse previous years question papers for the detailed topic wise distribution.
Because in the syllabus it is not mentioned topics wise, but if you see the previous years question papers, then you would get all sorts of questions based on integration.

The Integration term means the whole spectra starting from Single variable to Triple Integration. Also special functions are must like Gaussian Integral, Gamma, Beta etc.
