It is gross mistake so you contact relevant dept. Regarding changing of names either online or offline by sending letter. It might affect your admission. So better to do this.

Dear Sudheeksha,

There will be some problems. You will be able to change the names at the time of counselling but you cannot change it in the admit card.

Correction date for admit card is over. Now there will be many problems

First you will not be eligible to give exam

Or if given you will be disqualified on counseling

Yes. You might face problem in counselling process during your seat allotment and admission. But first give your exam with your full effort.. your problem can be solved by giving an affidavit during the time of admission.
