Dear aspirant
It is because Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth have only participated in overall ranking category did not took participation in engineering ranking categories although Amrita School of Engineering and Management Bangalore have taken part .
for more details kindly refer the NIRF website and in ranking engineering section at the top left of the page you will see there is a Icon named  list of participating Institute. We can see there that for overall category Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth name is there in the list but for engineering category name of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeeth is not there.
