You can participate is second phase counselling if you wish to get seat in a better college/branch. If you get seat in second phase TS EAMCET counselling then the first seat allotment will automatically gets cancelled regardless of the college/branch you get in second phase counselling. If you do not get seat in second phase counselling then the first phase seat allotment will be retained. And as you have completed the admission process you will be able to continue studying in VNRVJIET.

No need to worry, you can apply for second round of Counselling. You need to pay fees for the College you got through first counselling so that that seat is reserved for you.

If you cannot get seat in second counselling then in this case your first counselling seat will be there for you if you pay fees and complete other formalities and won't get cancelled. If you get seat through second counselling then your first counselling seat will be cancelled.
