sir Actually the thing is that the seats will available only for the who got the seat 

if you want to get the seat you should write the entrance exam

Kalinga University offer B.tech Lateral Entry programme. The admission is through its own entrance KIITEE Entrance Exam. As per the eligibility you should be Passed in three years diploma  course  in  Engineering  with  at  least  60%  marks in aggregate from State Council of Technical Education of any state or equivalent.
