Aiims is considered as one of the toughest entrance exam in the coutry to get into medical college. 

A minimum of 50% marks are required to qualify the exam. The marks cant be said definitively since cutoffs vary every year. But inorder to have a higher probability you should try fetchinga score around 120-130 or mayb even more.
