If you get seat through convenor quota then you need to pay fees of first year but not all years fees, in order to book seat on your name. If at all you go for another round of Counselling this seat will be reserved for you if you won't get seat in next round of Counselling.

Therefore, you need to pay only first year fees only. So, no need to worry. You can pay fees through online as well.
