Actually UPSEE exam is conducted by the state government of Uttar Pradesh and colleges alloted for the post graduation is also of state level or we say that you may get college of Uttar Pradesh for the post graduate programme. It is a state entrance examination. So, this is state exam not a central exam. Thus they say that mtech is not conducted centrally.
