Hey Aspirant!

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is admission test given by the  (10+2) or equivalent examination or Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) with at least 45% marks (40% for candidates belonging to SC/ST category).

So,10th pass out can't give the Entrance Examination, you should at least be12th pass out or a Diploma holder can give the examination and get admission in direct second year in various Btech Colleges.
