Hello Aspirant;

Look you have passed 10+2 from the institution located outside Uttar Pradesh. And if you belong to U. P, then its obvious that you have domicile certificate of U. P. Then in document required you have to put that domicile. Then, obviously you will be considered / checked in 85% seats for U. P candidates.
