Hello Aspirant,

The abbreviation SCNO reffers to Scheduled Caste with NO subcategory. So you are right SCNO implies students who simply bellong to SC category and don't have any other kind of sub-category. GN abbreviation is used for General Category. You can even reffer for this in upsee information brochure.
