While filling the wbjee counselling registration , if they ask you to fill your class 10th English marks then there must be an option of percentage or grading system marking. Choose the grading system and enter your specific grade. If there is no such grading option then you can fill in the result with decimal marking.

If you have got 10 grade then write 10.0 in the result section. That will do.
