every college gives TFW. There is separate cutoff for TFW. if you rank comes in the range then you are eligible for TFW. rank cutoff for TFW will vary college wise so you have to check it during counselling process.

TFW means Tution fee wavier where you don't have to pay tution fees per year but have to pay rest other fees.
