In what language does lecturers teach? Will it be easy for student from outside to join so?

Here you have not mentioned the name of your college. But one thing I can assure you that the lectures of every college try to teach the students in the language in which they are more comfortable. Mostly in every institute in India, lecturers try to teach in both English and Hindi language.
