I  am very happy that you asked this question so early,as no college has started their counselling yet.

So for CSE I would recommend you to find a college that provide a good placement also, because in the entrance job is what you need.

Start looking for colleges in banglore, you can find lot of opportunities there.

The search withing govt and private colleges.
Some of good private colleges are Manipal, SRM, KIIT,VIT.
