Hello there,
As you've not mentioned your category, I'm considering you to be general category .
The cut off percentile for jee mains 2020 for general category was 90.3765335
So you've not cleared the cut off.
You are not eligible for counselling.
But you can try in some private colleges which gives direct admission.

JEE Cut-off 2020

Common Rank List (CRL)/ General Category:- 90.3765335

Economically Weaker Sections (EWS):- 70.2435518

Other Backward Class (OBC-NCL):- 72.8887969

Scheduled Castes (SC):- 50.1760245

According to your marks there is very less chance to get NIT or any government college. But there are lots of other private college.
