As per your concern its not certain that every company provide same amount of pacakge to every fresher. Its totally depends on individual students performance in interview and there acadmic performance through out the yera. 

Some of the top companies Wipro Lighting Corporate, Schnider Electric, Bajaj Electricals Ltd, Siemens. These compnies provide good pakage to students.
